The Horstmeyer Lab is beginning work on two new grants!
1. A Duke Coulter Foundation award, aimed at creating a better microscope for rapid imaging cytopathology slides.
2. An NIH R01 BRAIN Initiative Award, in collaboration with Dr. Suhasa Kodandaramaiah from the University of Minnesota, Dr. Ed Boyden from MIT, and Leaflabs Inc., which aims to create a new type of imaging system to non-invasively record neural activity across the entire cortex of freely moving mice.
In addition, we're also starting to submit our first few papers - great job to everyone in the lab for their hard work!
